Hohenschwangau Castle
Romantic neighbour castle of Neuschwanstein
Directly across from Neuschwanstein castle in the village of Schwangau near Fuessen in region Allgaeu is the beautiful Castle Hohenschwangau.
The romantic castle was build between 1832 and 1836. Crown Prince Maximilian of Bavaria, Ludwig's father lived here as Summer House.
