Our hut offers can be customized to suit your individual needs

Procedure at our huts

Depending on the size of your event and the season, you have the option of exclusively renting our huts—the Rohrkopfhütte in Schwangau and the Edelsberghütte in Pfronten. Depending on the duration of the exclusive booking, a minimum consumption fee applies. Partial bookings of the huts are of course also possible.
Extended opening hours are also possible by arrangement. If you are interested in this option, please let us know your desired time.

Food and drinks are served by our hut restaurants.

A wedding ceremony is possible at both of our mountain huts:

At the Rohrkopfhütte on the Tegelberg, there are various platforms available for holding the wedding ceremony with a flower arch in natural surroundings.
At the Edelsberghütte in Pfronten, a floral arch is placed on the meadows next to the hut, or on the private terrace of the chalets if all chalets are booked.

We are happy to assist you with the organization of the decorations and the floral arch for your outdoor wedding ceremony.

Culinary hut experiences

Special location of the Rohrkopfhütte

The Rohrkopfhütte is located at 1,320 meters above sea level in the nature reserve on the Tegelberg. The mountain hut can only be reached by hiking (duration approx. 1 to 1.5 hours and 500 meters of elevation gain).

A transfer is not possible!
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

Special location of the Edelsberghütte

The Edelsberghütte is idyllically situated in the midst of unspoiled nature—surrounded by meadows, animals, forests, and a magnificent mountain panorama. This special place is ideal for small, intimate celebrations where the tranquility and atmosphere of the surroundings take center stage.
Parties with DJs and fireworks are not possible in order to protect the wildlife, but quiet background music with regional musicians is of course welcome.

A transfer is available for chalet guests and a maximum of 7 additional event guests! Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made here.

Restaurant rooms at the Edelsberg Hut

The hut is divided into two rooms:

The large dining room can accommodate up to 40 people and is perfect for festive gatherings.
The smaller, separate lounge can accommodate up to 25 people and has a door that can be closed if necessary – ideal for private celebrations in smaller groups.

Of course, both rooms can also be connected, allowing for larger celebrations with up to 65 people – while still maintaining the cozy hut atmosphere.

Chalet apartments

Your guests are welcome to stay in the apartment chalets directly at the hut (minimum stay of 2 nights).

There is room for up to 15 people. Upon request, it is also possible to book a shuttle service for your overnight guests.

The apartment chalets are divided as follows:

Chalet BergZauber up to 8 persons (2 bedrooms)

Sun terrace at the Edelsberg Hut

In addition, the spacious sun terrace in front of the chalet with its fantastic mountain panorama invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Please note that only a few seats on the terrace are covered.

When booking any of the chalets, you also have exclusive use of the chalet's private terrace free of charge. Pavilions are available for sun protection and in case of bad weather.

The private terrace is ideal for stylish receptions and intimate wedding ceremonies.
