After a relaxing walk or a bit of morning exercise, you’ll be rewarded with a genuine Allgäu alpine breakfast:
Our hut team will spoil you with regional cheese and sausage specialties, scrambled eggs or traditional white sausages, fresh bread and rolls, fruit with natural yogurt and granola, juice, and a hot drink – all served with a breathtaking mountain panorama.

PS: Guests of Das Rübezahl can choose daily whether to enjoy breakfast at the hotel or spend the morning at our own alpine hut with stunning views and mountain charm. Please inform the reception if you’d like to have breakfast at the Edelsberghütte – we’ll take care of all the arrangements for you!

Kässpatzn Friday

Look forward to different variations – with mild or strong cheese (Weißlacker), spinach Kässpatzen, topped with roasted or melted onions. Served with a colorful salad and, if you like, crispy farmhouse bacon. No wishes left unfulfilled here!

We grill various meat and vegetarian options on the terrace and provide a lovely buffet of salads, spreads, and breads, along with sides such as corn on the cob or baked potatoes.

In bad or cool weather, we serve the grilled specialties directly at your table.

The classic from the Rohrkopfhütte is coming to Pfronten!
For even more fondue fun, the popular hut experience will also take place this winter at the Edelsberghütte.

Fondue: Enjoy it the traditional way with meat broth or as a regional specialty – Allgäu cheese fondue – always served with a variety of side dishes and a fine selection of wines. And what’s never missing at our huts: the true hut spirit and fun!
