Our apprenticeships
Motivated and committed apprentices form the heart of our staff team at the Das Rübezahl. During the varied and extensive apprenticeship, you will become familiar with the most important departments of the hotel depending on your interests. The restaurant, spa, front office, housekeeping and kitchen. The vocational college is in Bad-Wörrishofen.
The apprenticeship is complemented by various in-house training courses and seminars on e.g. wine, spices, tea and glasses as well as various excursions. As a rule, the apprenticeship period is three years, but this can be shortened to up to two years by arrangement and subject to certain conditions being satisfied. After successfully completing an apprenticeship, a permanent position with greater responsibility is a distinct possibility.
