Together we practise yoga in a way that strengthens your back, loosens your muscles and brings you back into balance. Through the combination of yoga, relaxation and valuable tips for your everyday life, you can also ensure a better body feeling in the long term. Valuable relaxation for you and your back.
This yoga retreat is subsidised by your health insurance provider.

The Rübezahl luxury board includes
- Breakfast with everything your heart desires: fresh fruit, bread corner, regional products, honey from our own beehive, warm and freshly prepared egg dishes.
