Together we practise yoga in a way that strengthens your back, loosens your muscles and brings you back into balance. Through the combination of yoga, relaxation and valuable tips for your everyday life, you can also ensure a better body feeling in the long term. Valuable relaxation for you and your back.
This yoga retreat is subsidised by your health insurance provider.

The Rübezahl luxury board includes
- Breakfast with everything your heart desires: fresh fruit, bread corner, regional products, honey from our own beehive, warm and freshly prepared egg dishes.

- Our retreats are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Our teachers respond to each participant’s level and can adapt exercises individually if needed.
- You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and meditation cushion – but of course, we have everything you need on site.
- The minimum number of participants is 6. Should the retreat be cancelled for this reason, any deposit already paid will of course be refunded in full.
- We will send you the detailed schedule a few days before your arrival.
- Share a double room & save: If you would like to share your room with a like-minded participant, simply get in touch with us. We will of course make sure rooms are shared only by women or only by men.
- If you would like to enjoy a few extra days before the retreat or stay a little longer afterwards, you will receive a 10% discount on the standard rate for additional nights.
