Aperitif reception

Start your conference or team event in style with an aperitif reception the evening before.

The reception creates space for initial conversations, relaxed exchanges and an enjoyable start to inspiring days right from the outset.

In summer and winter alike, our bar team creates a seasonal aperitif for the group, which can be enjoyed in our AlpenRausch Bar, by the fireplace or on the terrace with a view of the castle.

Gourmet breakfast at the hotel

Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet featuring hot dishes from the cooking station, a vegan corner, regional specialities and homemade desserts.

The buffet is always included in the price of your stay.

Of course, it can also be booked for a day conference.

Breakfast buffet including drinks (7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.): €32,00 per person.

Midday snack

From 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., conference guests can enjoy a special lunch snack in our Louis II restaurant.

Guests can help themselves to the colourful salad buffet and fortify themselves with the soup of the day and the dish of the day. Of course, there is always a vegetarian option available.

Lunch snack: €29,00 per person

4-course menu of your choice in the evening

To round off your meal, we serve a daily changing 4-course menu of your choice in the Louis II gourmet restaurant in the evening.

All courses include vegetarian and vegan options.

Mountain breakfast at the Edelsberghütte

At our hotel's own mountain hut – the Edelsberghütte in Pfronten – we offer a regional mountain breakfast on every opening day upon reservation.

Mountain breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: €22.90 per person.

Afterwards, the conference can be held in the small parlour of the Edelsberghütte. The parlour is reserved exclusively for participants with a conference package.

Traditional hut evening

At our two hotel-owned mountain huts, we offer your group rustic hut evenings after a short hike.

Special guided tour of Neuschwanstein Castle

Have you ever wanted to take a private tour of Neuschwanstein Castle?

Discover hidden details on a guided tour before the official opening hours, gain deeper insights into the life of King Ludwig II and take a look at the original castle kitchen and the historic heating system. During the summer months, you can also enjoy the open balcony with its fantastic panoramic view of the Allgäu region – a real highlight for unforgettable photo opportunities.

Please note that the special tour is only available upon advance request and that we must first check the desired date with the castle administration.

Mix it like a pro!

In this exclusive cocktail course with our bartender Adly, teams will not only learn the basics of mixology, but also sophisticated professional tricks for making perfect drinks. Ideal as a creative team event in the stylish ambience of our hotel – with enjoyment, team spirit and lots of fun!

Spoilt for choice – would you prefer wine pairing or one of the bar manager's own creations? Our sommelier Caroline will be happy to introduce you to the world of Alpine wines, while bar manager Adly will inspire you with his passion for rum and whisky. Our bar team will also be happy to show you our wide range of homemade Rübezahl elixirs based on rum, whisky, amaro, vodka and gin (with a corresponding gourmet menu on request).

Namasté – Yoga & Meditation with a view of the castle

How fortunate that yoga exists.

Recharge your batteries after your workshop with an open yoga class. Requests can be made directly to our yoga teacher – ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Weather permitting, yoga classes can be held at the hotel on the panoramic terrace or at the hotel's own mountain hut at 1,320 metres above sea level.

Curling at the Füssen Ice Stadium

‘Keep calm and curl on.’ Team spirit is everything here.

Curling is a true team sport and ideal for your winter team event. With a professional introduction, you will learn the basic techniques at the national curling centre in Füssen in the Allgäu region.

After just a short time, you and your team will be able to celebrate your first successes on the ice.

Tandem paragliding flight

Just take off and float over the Allgäu.

Directly opposite the seminar room is our local mountain, the Tegelberg. With our partners at Fly Royal, you can soar high in the sky on a tandem paragliding flight.

Flights take place all year round, weather permitting. No previous experience is necessary.

Stand-up paddleboarding on Lake Forggensee

Keep calm and paddle on.

Stand-up paddle tour with a view of the royal castles.

Forggensee lake is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel – a reservoir fed by the Lech river and ideal for stand-up paddling.

Together with the team, you can learn SUP in a beginner's course and cool off in Forggensee lake after a strenuous day of seminars or paddle towards the sunset.

Guided hikes

‘You need sore muscles – then you'll think of me longer.’ – Our activity guide Basti

After your seminar, enjoy a guided hike in the mountains with our activity guide Basti. All you need is good footwear, sports clothing, a rucksack with drinks and a good mood.

Whether in summer or winter with snowshoes – both are absolute highlights. Afterwards, you can recharge your batteries in one of the hotel's mountain huts and maybe even take part in a hut evening (only possible on certain days).
