- Our yoga teacher and Ayurveda therapist Istvan combines yoga, qigong and meditation in individual sessions that lead you to inner peace.
- Influenced by his travels, he combines mindfulness with joie de vivre and helps you to let go of everyday life and recharge your batteries.
- During Istvan's retreats – whether yoga, qigong or meditation – the main focus is on turning your attention inward through your breath. The approach is playful yet meditative, as he shares information about the body, the chakras, his own experiences and insights.
- The course can be canceled by the organizer until the minimum number of 6 participants has been reached. In this case, any deposit already paid will of course be refunded in full. So there is no risk!
- Of course, you can still take the vacation and participate in the general guest program.
- You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and meditation cushion. Of course, we also have everything on site.
- We will send you the exact schedule a few days before arrival.
- In order to make the retreat even more intense, we offer participants an extra night minus. 10% discount on the standard rate.
