Inner balance and basic trust through QLB (Quantum Light Breath) - Breathe freely!
In the workshop, a meditative breathing process is achieved, accompanied by moving and emotional music and under guidance. QLB helps to loosen old programs, patterns and blockages, to recognize them and finally to dissolve them through the breath. QLB provides more clarity, inner peace and helps to transform fears and stress into something positive.

Our yoga teacher and Ayurveda therapist Istvan combines yoga, Qigong and meditation in individual sessions that lead you to inner peace. Influenced by his travels, he combines mindfulness with joie de vivre and helps you to let go of everyday life and recharge your batteries.
During Istvan's retreats - whether yoga, qigong or meditation - the main focus is on turning inwards through the breath. It is playful, but meditative, in which he passes on information about the body, the chakras, his own experiences and insights.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and meditation cushion. Of course we also have material available.
