About Franziska Driendl
As a mental-health mentor and yoga teacher, Franziska supports people on their journey towards holistic and sustainable health, leaving stress and physical and mental blockages behind them. Franziska creates her yoga classes in the flowing Vinyasa style (yoga flow) attuned to the rhythm of the breath and incorporates elements from Hatha yoga as well as the regenerative Yin yoga. Strengthening asanas make sure every part of the body is addressed. Prolonged, highly passive holding of the Yin yoga postures stretches the deep layers of connective and fascial tissue. The result: the emergence of inner peace.
