If you’re interested in “health with Ayurveda" because you want to make a conscious change, every consultation should be preceded by a discussion of your constitutional type as this forms the basis for all further steps. Depending on how many imbalances you feel on a physical and psychological level, a single appointment will not be enough for a deep change, which takes more time, but it may give you some initial impetus towards improvement and change. If you want to work intensively on yourself, I recommend an Ayurveda personal retreat, individually adapted to your needs, to give yourself and your body the necessary time to regenerate.
